Alright, so I was trying to fix something earlier. Something for my iPod. And then to finish the settings they told me to reboot my computer. I did. When it came back up, my screen had "shifted' or "changed the maximum resolution". I don't know what caused this (maybe windows update?) or why it happened. All I know is that my default, and my recommended resolution for my laptop is 1366x768. When I had rebooted my laptop, it says that the default, and recommended maximum screen resolution is 1280x800. I'll post a picture below.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE that this is EXACTLY what the screen looks like from my POV. Yes, even the taskbar looks like that. Also, I edited in the black bar on the right side because it exists there for some reason. My mouse pointer can't go there though. The black bar on the top just indicates that my wallpaper doesn't fit completely.
