Make sure you are logged in to Windows as an administrator. It won't let you make these changes if you don't have sufficient rights.

If it won't let you pick your country or select the correct time even when you are logged in as an administrator, try selecting another country which is in the same time zone. Your profile says that you are in Qatar. You could try Iraq, Saudi Arabia, or Yemen, as well as many of the African countries directly south/southeast of Egypt.

Since the time is off by one hour, perhaps there is a daylight savings time issue. Some countries move the clock forward an hour during the summer, then move it back during the winter. If your country does not do that, make sure that "daylight savings time" is unchecked; if your country does do that, make sure that "daylight savings time" is checked.

Thank you so much.

When i checked the " Daylight Savings Time option " , it was checked. The moment i unchecked it,the take reverted back 1 hour earlier which was the correct Qatar's time.

Success :)

So far , this solution has worked amongst the other solutions that you have suggested. So , i am sticking to this one until something goes wrong IF EVER.

My spelling mistake > The "time" reverted back to 1 hour earlier.
