Solved Windows 10 upgrade reverts back to Windows 7 Home Premium (previous OS

@NoelDP- I have solved my problem. What I did was revert to an old back up that I had in Nov 2014 before all those Microsoft updates. They I went to download Windows 10 manually through Microsoft's website and everything work. I was able to install a fresh copy on my laptop. Also if anyone has the pesky MIGRATE_DATA fail it is because you don't enough space available on your laptop to keep all your files. What you should do before the upgrade is save all personal files and then when Windows upgrade ask you what you want to keep, select none and it will install a fresh copy. NoelDP thanks for all your help and have a good day.
