as the mgdiag and the error report are in Portuguese, he may have added a language pack.
IF the system was EN-UK and portuguese was added it could not have been done legitamately, not allowed on Pro versions of W7

language packs (LPs) can only be legitimately installed on either Enterprise or Ultimate editions of Windows 7.

There is NO indication of a Language pack being installed in this OS - as I explained to Torchwood earlier in the thread.

Hello again, I have marked this thread as Solved. I am not sure how this OS was installed and my brother did not reply my messages...All i know is that the OS is in Portuguese and so is the keyboard.
