Windows 7 Constantly Crashing/Freezing

Basically the issue is what the title says. It crashes in the form of not responding, then it freezes a bit, then it works again for a brief second. Help please?

Hello and welcome Kyle mate if you have not done so run these for starters in safe mode for the first two if need be. (Safe mode = power on tap F8)
