After I decided to install Windows 7 on my computer, it worked fine until the system restarted twice (it was recommended by Windows 7 setup installation), then when it was at "Completing Installation" the system got a blue screen, I was pissed a little, but when it said: SETUP IS STARTING SERVICES and after 5 seconds the setup of Windows 7 told me to restart the system to resume installation. After I clicked "OK" the system restarted and it was the same story: SETUP IS STARTING SERVICES and the error popped, AGAIN. What should I do?

Thanks in advance,

-EDIT- Here is the error, I forgot to put it:

"The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation"

OS
Windows Ultimate 7 x32
When it fails, try removing the installer and restart.

Try entering Device Manager during install to uninstall any devices in error - normally Display driver - to see if installation will complete, then update device driver from desktop via optional Updates. Device Manager - Access During Windows 7 Installation

If that doesn't work reset the BIOS to defaults, set SATA controller to AHCI: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS

Then wipe the HD with Diskpart Clean Command from DVD Command Line DISKPART At PC Startup

I cannot even get to my old windows (XP). It says an error too, but only when it's booting up (loading the drivers or something). When I hit the ENTER of the EARLIER version of my System I always fail opening XP. So, tell me what to do :()?

I gave you the steps to follow. The blue links are tutorials.

If you have questions about a specific steps, ask back for more help. But don't just ask what you should do when I've already typed out steps to get you started.

There is no Sata controller. Can you show me where it is, somehow??

Please fill out your System Specs.

If you don't see SATA controller setting in BIOS (near Storage or HD settings) then just reset to Defaults, save and exit. Try install again.

If that fails wipe the HD next.

Enterprise uses Volume Licensing Keys which are not intended for consumers but bought in bulk by organizations and business. You would consult your IT dept about any upgrading.

System Specs:

CPU: Intel Pentium 4 3.2 GHz.
GPU: GeForce 9500 GT 1,5 Video RAM.
RAM: 2 GB.
Hard Disk: 500 GB.
OS: Earlier Version: Windows XP 32 Bit, 3 Service Pack. Now: Windows 7 Ultimate 32 Bit.

I founded NO sata controller after resetting the BIOS Settings, save and exit. After these steps I went to BIOS again and I searched EVERYTHING, nothing. I will try to wipe the HD.

We would need the mobo or computer model to look at your BIOS manual (on its Support Downloads webpage) for you to see if there is a SATA controller setting. Are you using SATA HD?

Go ahead and try wiping the HD as this often solves the stall.

Hi, again. I tried the wiping the HD, then I formatted the USB I am using and then I extracted the files that setups the Windows 7, but it didn't work. HELP?

Ahh, bad news. I tried you gave me and it didn't work. I followed the steps CORRECTLY and when I put the USB on my static computer, I went to BIOS I loaded the optimized defaults. After, I did that, I went to the CMOS and put the USB as the first bootable, I saved it, I restarted and nothing happened...it's the same ol' story...It didn't even boot...I mean, I restarted and waited, stood up and I closely watched. It boots the old Windows 7 (the one that it's broken) and it said: "Setup Is Starting Services". BAM it restarted AUTOMATICALLY. I am gonna be rush here, but WHAT THE ****? Does this mean, I need to buy a new PC? My parents WON'T let me. I am really frustrated...

It sounds like Win7 has installed and cannot start up. Try entering the Device Manager during install to uninstall Devices in error (likely Display driver): Device Manager - Access During Windows 7 Installation

Next try setting the HD first to boot in BIOS setup, then trigger the flash stick to boot using the one-time BIOS Boot Menu key given on first boot screen. It should be listed under USB, Removable or HD's.

Tell us at what exact step install fails: Clean Install Windows 7

As a last resort you can slave the HD to another computer to copy out your files, then remove that computer's HD to try installing to your HD. If it won't start up when moved back return it to the other computer to first SysPrep to move HD to another computer .

Tome turn the PC on (without USB stick) and press F8 before windows 7 starts to load and after the BIOS. You well get a menu. Select 'disable automatic restart after system failure' and press enter. Now let windows 7 boot and see if you get a BLUE screen and give us the code.
