Windows 7 default icons

Problem has already been solved by reinstalling but the problem was that he used icon packager which was not meant for Windows 7 and change the registry and messed up all the default icons.

I had the same problem after using it and managed to fix most of them by deleting the registry settings that iconpackager had created but it has nothing to do with imageres.dll or shell32.dll as iconpackager does not alter those at all.
