I Have a machine With those specs:
AMD Phenon II 955 3,2 Ghzrs Black Edition
Gigabyte GA-MA790XT-UD4P
Kingston DDR3 1.333Mhzs
Powercolor HD4770 512MB GDDR5
Samsung 500GB 32MB Cache
EuroTech 450W

Windows 7 seem to be "unrising" the clock of all component in some sort of Power management, i don't know:

I haven't used any other SO on this computer to try if the problem is with the System or not, but anyone know what the problem might be?
Thanks

Windows 7 Build 7100
1. Are you using 32-bit or 64-bit
2. I will then get latest chipset driver for you....

EDIT: it is normal for a Phenom II to idle at 800 Mhz... It will kick in max core speed once you start a heavy CPU application and go down when the CPU isn't loaded much... STILL I RECOMMEND TO GET LATEST CHIPSET driver... So could you tell me 32-bit or 64-bit... OS

PS: Your hard disk, did you check its model, if its 7200.11.****** and has firmware SD15... PM ME ASAP if you don't wantyou hard disk to fail... Google '7200.11 brick' if you don't believe me... I a Seagate 7200.11 500 GB 32 MB cache with SD15, and it failed.... now RMA...

I don't want your hard disk to fail like mine too..
