Windows 7 folder is huge

Since the OP, the system has completely filled the c: drive. WinDirStat now shows over 60 GB of 64 GB and properties shows that the drive was full. No more missing space, the tools account for all the space... After running DiskClean there is a tiny amount of free space that fills up pretty quick. It looks like something is replicating or some log is filling the drive. Searching for gigantic files does not find anything that could explain what is happening. Maybe some sort of Malware, extending lots of regular files - over and over? Any thoughts?
