Windows 7 Font Problem

Hi All!
I recently switched from a Surface Pro 3 to Samsung 13.3” Series 5 Ultrabook (NP530U3C-A03AU). I realized that some programs have different fonts on the Ultrabook. Some programs don't show the font they are meant to but a type of Gothic Font instead.

E.g.
Like the Windows 10 Upgrade Tool:
It shows this

Instead of this


If anyone has a solution, it would be greatly appreciated if you would share it!

That is weird New times roman font should be Segoe UI :/
Have you tried to restore the default fonts ?

Interesting I guess you'll have to do it manually not sure why new times roman would be system default
Looks like a Italic is also being used :/
Something is messed up have you ran sfc ?

Run it three times and restart between each run :/

I just tried it. It said that nothing was wrong. I think I will just leave it. I won't bother me that much.

Well if you change your mind it's not very difficult to change to Segoe UI or something else
