Solved Windows 7 hanging at "please wait" during boot

First of all, Spotflux is a VPN. Second, it needs a connection manager to connect to the encrypted servers in which my data is transmitted to. So no, it was not a microsoft service causing the issue.

But it is a connection manager, which is always a red flag. And most connection managers that cause these delays are not MS Services.

Well either way, I use OpenVPN for my vpn management now, and it causes no delays whatsoever. I find this program to be a lot more versatile too. Anyways, problem was solved, lets put this to rest haha.
