Hello,
About a week ago, the OS on my Dell Inspiron 1545 began to hang on a daily basis, becoming unresponsive for hours. I have resorted to shutting the power off manually. As I am a novice user with limited expertise, I was wondering if anyone can help.

I have attached snips from the events I think caused the hang from the event logger. If there is additional information you need, I will be more than happy to supply it. It's becoming a big inconvenience.

I eventually got something called processexplorer. its essentially a task manager type program but gives more detailed information. The problem is still there, but using this program i am able to manage it a bit better

For ours, turns out we had a bad HDD from DELL. Sucks, but they sent us a new one and everything works fine now.
