They did two weeks for Vista, too.I dont understand why it takes two weeks to get it posted to technet. One my company release a product it is availible through our site in a matter of days. Why is there such a long wait?

Suppose there could be something with OEM's, etc., giving it a once over for a couple weeks to ensure it's really okay. Once it hits places like Technet it becomes pretty broadly officially "out there" and it gets a lot tougher to get it back and make adjustments if necessary.

What I don't understand is why Gold Partners have to wait until August 16th?
Guys don't flame at potato for his insistence on this issue...He has a point. I would just wait until tomorrow...we will know thenCouldnt find in his post where it says 16385..only that it RTM'd
They even asked him for the build string numerous times...and he replied to people...but not with the build string. Others stated it was 16385..but not him, and he was the only "MS" one in discussion.

Sorry but posting a link to the leaked Official RTM (when it happens) is not allowed...but you will hear news of its link for sureI hope that someone post a link to the official RTM's soon I am getting tired of waiting and hearing news and then discovering it is a fake or an franken-build.
