My problem is on an old pc I upgraded the hard drive with an ssd 120gb so I had to do a fresh install.
Evrything was smooth and fine till Windows had to start updates, first of all i had a problem after update the windows Updater but i fixed that one and had 200+ of windows updates to do.So I tried to update all together and i tried few at a time. The problem that I have is that I can only boot windows F8 disable driver signature,if i dont do that i cant load even safe mode.

Spec:Mobo: Asus P5KPL-VM
CPU : Intel Duo Core E2180 2000GHz conroe
RAM: 4GB duall channel 800Mhz
HD : SSD Adata 120 GB
Graphic: Nvidia GeForce 9600 GT
OS: Windows 7 HomePrimium SP1 build 7601

Few troubleshooting I did was tried fresh install of WIndows from different CD,from USB same ISO. to exclude bad install
I tried the BCDedit comands to disable driver signature, didnt worked.Tried the BSDedit command for test mode this didnt worked either, although after using F8 and disable driver signature windows laod in test mode.
run sigverif and it shows 51 drivers not signed, checked few of them and its windows drivers.
Tried Graphic card drivers, didnt notice any problem with them.
Asus provides me with win 7 64b drivers for chipset and Audio.Flashed BIOS to latest one.Tried also windows, didnt worked either.
Then i tried to boot windows by F8 and Not restart after failure.I got BSOD Fatal System Error c000021a

The Session Manager failed to create protected prefixes system process terminated unexpectedly with status of 0x000003a (0x00000000 0x00000000).

I strugle with this almost 2 weeks any idea or help needed .

I don't understand why you're having such problems on a win 7 installation.
I would say that your installation disk isn't original or is corrupted.
Download a Win 7 installation iso disk: Microsoft Windows and Office ISO Download Tool

After almost 20 days of troubleshooting, solution was found and believe I am not sure if i was happy or frastrated.
So the problem was Windows Updater,I fixed this on 3 different pc's and all worked withought minor problem but on this one its prooved to be the problem...
So what i did is: fix WUpdater in off line mode.( as info so ppl find the giude easier ,Windows6.1-KB947821-v34-x64,Windows6.1-KB3102810-x64,Windows6.1-KB3135445-x64,pc must not be connect to internet when power up,run those after installing SP1).

So thank you evryone, even those who spend 2 min to think how they can help. And an advice:
1st rule of embedded programming: Read the datasheet.
2nd rule of embedded programming: Read the datasheet.
3rd rule of embedded programming: Don’t trust the datasheet.
