I have a problem on my windows 7, it crashed last 2 weeks ago and last week. Is just like it's crashing once a week, but not this week, what seems to be the problem in my os to freeze? I'm just browsing the net that days and then it suddenly freeze. Is it hardware problem? or just software problems?
