Windows 7 is Having Me To Start Up Then...

Using Windows 7 I have recently am having Start Up issues. I first press the power button on Tower but my desktop will not load until I do a improper Shutdown then click to turn on again and then I must click on Start Windows Normally almost each and every time turning on my Desktop computer. What must I do to resolve this annoying issue I am going through. Can someone please help!

Hi,

Please try this :

1. Click Start

2. In the search box, type cmd
3. In the list that appears, right-click on cmd.exe and choose Run as administrator
4. In the command window that opens, type sfc /scannow and hit enter.

Report the output from the command window once it finishes.
