Hello everyone!

I've posted this situation of mine before but haven't got a solution yet.

Windows 7 keeps freezing up on me at completely random times. Recently, in addition to the freezing, Windows will blue screen crash as well.

Windows also does something rather strange every now and again. I don't exactly know how to explain what happens because it's kind of hard to explain this without actually seeing it. However, sometimes Windows will "lag" for lack of a better word. Not lagging like a video game lag though. For instance, if I'm listening to a song or some kind of audio, the sound will "lag" and repeat the same noise that was playing for a second or two and it will do this a couple times for about 5-10 seconds. Also, the mouse isn't responsive when this "lag" occurs.

I'm sorry if this explanation isn't clear, I'm not very computer savvy. However, I believe it's probably directly related to the freezing issues.

One thing I should mention, I have Windows XP installed on another hard drive with pretty much no problems at all. So I originally thought it might be a hardware problem, but if it was, wouldn't I have the same or related issues on XP?

Here are my system specs if needed:
