Windows 7 maybe thinks it's on (E:) and not (C:)

Looking at that pic, I would try:

diskpart
(press enter)

sel vol f
(press enter)

act
(press enter)

exi
(press enter)

bcdboot f:\windows /s f:

(press enter)

bootsect /nt60 all /mbr

(press enter)

Worth a go. Sometimes the commands do the job when startup repair can't figure out what to do.

It says failure when attempting to copy boot files. :( I really messed up my computer this time...

Download the Rescue Kit ISO, rightclick to Burn with WIndows Image Burner to blank CD.

Boot the CD: How to Boot A Computer from CD or DVD - YouTube

Choose File Transfer Wizard, browse to the files which need rescue. Copy the files and then browse to paste them into the rescue external HD, flash stick or CD/DVD you've inserted. You can test how drag and drop works with a single file first.

More instructions including screenshots when you scroll down here, same as for latest version: http://dottech.org/9446/review-paragon-rescue-kit-8-5-professional-english-single-license/
