Looking at that pic, I would try:
diskpart
(press enter)
sel vol f
(press enter)
act
(press enter)
exi
(press enter)
bcdboot f:\windows /s f:
(press enter)
bootsect /nt60 all /mbr
(press enter)
Worth a go. Sometimes the commands do the job when startup repair can't figure out what to do.
It says failure when attempting to copy boot files.
