I can access pcs on the network by typing the hostname of the pcs manually but cannot see the pcs in network places. My all pcs are in work network profile and tried with public network also.

I had also tried with DHCP also on all pcs, but cannot resolve the problem

Plz give any suggestions to resolve the error.

I tried all steps as you said, by running sfc command there is no corruption with the system files, and I had done chkdsk but nothing disk related problems found.

I had already said that I can access the pc by typing the name in run but it is not shown in the Network and I bought the new router for checking, but still the problem with the network.

Plz advise me to get rid of the problem

Is NetBIOS running on all PC's as that is what lets you see them on the network. This is a known problem with Windows 10 updates
