Alright, thanks. I'll talk to my computer buddies. One of my friends built his computer so he'll know what to do. These answers defiantly beat Microsoft's answer.."We can most surely fix this problem you are having sir, we will transfer you to our technicians but you will need to pay $59.99." No joke.
