Did you run that as an Elevated command prompt? - if not, then it's normal, so please run it again in an Elevated Command Prompt.

If you got that response form an Elevated Command Prompt...
This implies a permissions error - either because of corruption, or because of external action.

Correcting such errors in the registry can be difficult.

Please open Regedit

Navigate to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services key and look there for the SPPSVC entry - right-click on it and select Permissions.

Click on the Advanced button, then the Owner tab
Make sure that 'Administrators' is listed as the Owner, then put a tick in the 'Replace owner ...' box and click Apply.
Click on the Permissions tab

There should be four entries
Administrators and SYSTEM should have Full Control 'This key and subkeys'
Users should have Read access to 'This Key and subkeys'
CREATOR OWNER should have 'special' access to the key only
place a tick in the 'replace all child....' box, and click Apply, then OK out and exit Regedit

Now try the above command again in an Elevated Command Prompt.

got the same result again.yes that was in elevated command prompt itself.ran command prompt as an administrator directly i get that command prompt without any uac prompt.
and create owner has special access to subkeys only..

Turn UAC back on at default
Open Regedit and hopefully, it will open at the same place you left it -

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\sppsvc


right-click on the key name and select New > Expandable String value
name the new value ImagePath
double-click on the new ImagePath entry in the right pane, and enter the following as the data...
%SystemRoot%\System32\sppsvc.exe
click OK, and exit Regedit
reboot, and run another MGADiag report.

Since you've changed the ownership now, we should be able to change this simply....

In an Elevated Command Prompt, run the following command

reboot, and run another MGADiag report.
