windows 7 not automatically connecting to wifi!

hey guys i was wondering if someone can help me my my computer is not connecting automatically to my wifi and everytime i try to connect it it doesnt connect at all! but the thing is if i disable my wireless network adapter and then enable it it will identify and connect up to it but yet if its turned off or goes in sleep mode it looses its connection!. i have the automatically connect box tick and deleted my network and reset eveything to default and it still wont connect its doing my head in so if anyone can help it would b great thanks justin!
heres what wireless card i am running!

REALTEK RTL8191SE WIRELESS LAN 802.11N PCI-E NIC VERSION 2015.1.427.2010 with the latest driver update

You might want to check out the Realtek site for the latest driver for your Wi-Fi adapter.

Also, see if it helps disabling the Power saving mode of your Realtek adapter in Device Manager, see image attached.

I've had this same issue, and further to that, I also can't hold a wireless connection if I'm running on battery power. I have NO idea what to do or what the issue is. Any luck with updating your drivers?
