We have upgraded our desktop to a HP Prodesk running Windows 7. Our vga multiplier worked with our last desktop running Windows Xp. With the new desktop the VGA output works with another screen but it does not work when run through the vga multiplier. I have confirmed the vga multiplier to be in working order. I think it may be something with Windows 7 that does not detect the multiplier. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Does it show up in the Device Manager? Did it ever show up on XP in the Device Manager? You're probably right about it not being supported by W7 and you can probably find some compatible drivers online.

No, I don't believe it has ever shown in the DM on either computer or operating system. The VGA multiplier is just a box with 1 VGA input and 4 VGA outputs. There are no drivers.
