is it available to download yet for the partners...i'm hoping the leak comes tonight because May 5th is a long time from now and that's a long period of time using 7077

also, will this version need new keys or will the beta keys work?

Partners: If you have a subscription to MSDN or TechNet, you can download Windows 7 RC now. Otherwise, you can download Windows 7 RC starting May 5, 2009.

I'm a Technet Plus member and there is no download available on Technet for RC. The latest download was put up on 27 Feb.

It's not on TechNet or MSDN. Since I'm not a 'Partner', but I am a member of both subscriptions, I'm guessing it will be available May 5th as stated.

The best form of advertising is having people use the full version of your software for absolutely free. You just need to apply an expiration date (as no doubt RC will have) and away you go.

Sooo many people are going to be cueing up for Windows 7 IMO. I would even buy a copy when it's finally released just to show my respect for the fact they've finally got it right
