The Windows 7 RC web page for the Partner Program is definitely real and it DOES show May 5th as general availability. The page has been removed by Microsoft as stated earlier (I still have the page displayed though and I can click all the links on it). BTW, I am not so sure that the actual RC is compiled yet. Here is the screenshot from ARS but it is exactly like what I have on my screen.

RC final has not been compiled as of now. Some builds in the RC escrow branch are being tested by TAP, internal groups, OEM's, VAR's, ISV's, and select other groups. But nothing has changed since the MSFT Partner page was accidentally posted and removed. But we now know that RC is targeted for May 5th unless they change it just to piss us off.
