softpedia posts a lot of fuzz. 7100 was created but its not "signed off" outside MS. So all this buzz about leak its just that, buzz. Im not expecting anything before saturday or even late as middle of next week.
How they "make" builds. They compile it on one day, then they sign all files on NEXT day (if you check certificates are always dated next day), after this they need few (1-3) days to to give it in to TAP etc.
