Windows 7 stuck up on "starting windows" screen

Hello, my laptop just got stuck on windows 7 loading screen, I can get into the safe mode, but not in the normal mode.

I already tried to use startup repair, system restore, andthe last good configuration mode. It just keeps stuck on windows 7 loading screen. Can anyone help me?

What is the problem with System Restore? Did you go all the way back? Could be a driver update.

No, I just finished the system restore, and select restart then it just starts to hang at the starting screen.

got a BSOD saying its fatal system error, what should I do

Please go in safe mode. Check your event viewer. For the BSOD Erorr. please report back with the full error.

At which step did you get a BSOD? Need to know which steps in Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start you've completed and the results of each.
