Greetings,
I have a Toshiba P675D-S7052 Laptop that came pre-installed with MS Win Home Premium. I conducted an anytime upgrade to Win 7 Ultimate 9 months ago; I forgot to mention that this is my wife's Laptop. I began using hers after she broke mine in a fit of non-understandable anger. She had let her anti-virus lapse, etc. I created a system recovery image; thank you to the big man above. Her system began running poorly and finally crashed. I installed the recovery image and all is well with one very large exception. I am receiving a message from MS saying that my Windows version innot authentic - the upgrade to ultimate. I don't have the upgrade key and am at my wits end. If my wife sees, "NON-Legitimate" on her screen in bold letters I'm done. Will anyone share a key or an idea with me - I am desperate. Many thanks. WSIII

Please follow this tutorial and post an MGADiag report - then we can see what the problem is.

Ignore errors produced when clicking on the Copy button - they simply mean that the tool could not create the backup files for some reason. The data is still copied to the clipboard for pasting to your response.

Is the COA sticker still legible?
