Windows 7 Ultimate x86 Install stuck at 92%

It won't install! It's stuck at "Expanding Windows Files 92%". Why?

Oh, just tried installing again, the DVD stops vibrating at 92%.

Pretty sure it's not a hardware issue, I burned the DVD with Microsoft's DVD/USB tool.

Try burning a new DVD, using the slowest speed possible

What program should I use to burn the DVD? Is ImgBurn ok?
