I still can't find anything relating to the WebCamMax error. 
There are a number of potential problems in the log, though.... - note that you almost certainly do mot need to take action on all of them!
The only reason that AShampoo is in the list is to remind me to tell you that this program in some versions is known to cause problems with Windows 7. You seem to have a fair number of alternatives available, and uninstalling it may be a good idea.
I also have a dread of programs with names like 'WinOptimiser' - they tend to be registry 'cleaners' or 'opyimisers' which in fact are more likely to cause problems than to solve them. I don't know what AShampoo's version does?
Presumably, at some point you have Sophos installed as AV? Which exact version??
