Windows 7 Updates keep failing including SP1

Ok here are the CBS.log.persist files.

I wasn't sure if you just meant the CheckSUR.persist.log file or the .cab files that go along with it.

Anyways here they all are in compressed format. Thanks

The CheckSUR persist shows only one outstanding problem -- but the CBS.persist logs show a considerable number of remaining problems. I must admit to uncertainty as to whether the 'couldn't delete' messages are meaningful or not.
I suspect that your best option may be a repair install - unless anyone else has a better idea.

Alright so I did a repair install and I think it finished successfully. I had a ton of updates after it and they all installed successfully... inlcuding Service Pack 1!!!!

I'm so happy this finally finished. My head is spinning with all the crazy things I can do now that I have SP1 installed!! I've been trying to get this for months and it's finally done, I can't believe it.

Well thanks for your help everybody. I will def give out some rep where I see fit :D

Thanks again
