Windows 7 will not start due to a recent hardware or software change.
Startup Repair :

Computer says a bad patch is preventing computer from starting.If I must do a complete system restore and loose everything, what is this bad patch? So I don't install it.
This is my Fourth complete restore because of this problem .
Any help would be appreciated .

6.1.7600.16385 this patch(es) has to do with a usb port/connection. Did you connect / change anything?
Could you fill in System Specs please?
