Windows 7 won't boot up after Norton removed virus

Hi, Hope someone will be able to help me here.

I have a laptop here which i ran Norton Power Eraser on, it found 3 things which i let it "Fix". After that it did a restart and wouldn't boot.
I cannot get the machine to boot, i have tried bootrec.exe, CHKDSK, All the usual windows 7 boot repair with no luck. Is there anything else i can try before i give up and format the machine?
It has some data on it which i really need to recover if possible.. I was also wondering that IF i do have to format it, can i take the HD out and use a HD enclosure to plug it into another windows laptop via usb and copy the data i need?

I've also attatched my report from Farbar Recovery Scan Tool .txt if that helps?

According to the NPE website, "...there is a risk that it can select some legitimate programs for removal. You should use this tool very carefully. If you accidently remove a legitimate program, you can run Norton Power Eraser to review past repair sessions and undo them."

If you can't undo the repair session, you might be able to use a restore point to roll back your computer to a date/time prior to using NPE.
