Windows 7 x64 Bit freeze 2 minutes in start up or BSOD

Hey. i installed windows 7 ultimated x64 bit and 2 minutes into startup its fine until it either freezes or BSOD, please help me thankyou

its a clean fresh install too, no drivers or anything downloaded yet

Upload Dump Files:
Please go to C:\Windows\Minidump and zip up the contents of the folder. Then upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
{Left click on the first minidump file.
Hold down the "Shift" key and left click on the last minidump file.
Right click on the blue highlighted area and select "Send to"
Select "Compressed (zipped) folder" and note where the folder is saved.
Upload that .zip file with your next post.

If you have issues with "Access Denied" errors, try copying the files to your desktop and zipping them up from there. If it still won't let you zip them up, post back for further advice.

If you don't have anything in that folder, please check in C:\Windows for a file named MEMORY.DMP. If you find it, zip it up and upload it to a free file hosting service - then post the link to it.
Then, follow the directions here to set your system for Minidumps (much smaller than the MEMORY.DMP file): Set MiniDump

Lets start over, with XP installed go to microsoft and use the upgrade advisor. If everything is ok, do a clean install. Boot from your DVD, format. Then continue to end. Do not give your number until done. Because you already had problems, use it be sure that you are happy before you give the number. If wise, you will make a copy of what you have now and put it on an external device. You can always go back if you still have problems with 7. You can use the free paragon software to make a drive copy.

I concur and can only add

if not a true bsod, check event viewer

type eventvwr in search goto windows log>applications tab. look for errors (they have red in the left column) that say app hang, app crash. etc. Use snipping tool (type snipping in search) to make a screen shot and upload it using the attachment icon (shaped like a paperclip) in the reply form see ppics

ok guys im back i just installed my win 7 ult x64 back and stil getting the bsod im using mylaptop to upload the minidump since i transfered the minidump to my usb drive, my pc kept rebooting from bsod so heres the minidump

The dump file will be analyzed, by someone with more expertise than me in that area. You will be helped, just be patient.

i think its a driver because its in safe mode right now and theres no bsod or any problems yet

Go to device manager, look for a bad driver
Type device manager in search.

Never good to mix and match Most important make sure they are the same frequency.
