Solved Windows 8.1 WindowsUpdate_80073712 ERROR

Hello i need help i cant update my windows 8.1 64x i tried many things and nothing
i tried to refresh windows i create an image then i tried to refresh and nothing im frustrated i dont know what to do ill post some screen shots and Update logs
hope i can find help here

The refresh doesnt work either first it says Additional disk needed i delete some things after that it allow me to refresh but after that the windows only restarting and i get and error message that refresh couldnt be done and no change been needed
