Windows Aero Not Enabled

I've done most of the common fix's but none of them have done anything

Enable the service through services.msc

Auto repair troubleshooter

Microsoft fix it

Windows Update

Graphics card drivers

None of them seem to work, help would be much appreciated

Try recover your PC. (You might need reinstall apps and backup your data if possible)
