While running on normal mode, I noticed this message on the bottom right of my screen. Then i ran malwarebytes anti malware and saw that there were several trojans and adwares in my system that norton 360 did not discover. However I deleted the malwares and rebooted the computer and the "not genuine" message disappeared but my computer still freezes and lags so much that I can't run anything smoothly. (A problem that has been going on for a week or two before the "windows build..." showed up)
This is a copy of the diagnostic report I ran, I'm really not sure what's the problem (if it's a virus or malware or just faulty hardware) but I do hope you could offer some help.
I've also had problems with services being reported having an unexpected error code and Norton Confidential keeps crashing. Could the problems be linked?
Thank you.
