Windows cannot detect any wireless network interfaces

What should I do about it, I can't add a wi-fi network and it is the only thing that appears whenever i try to add a new network. Help me please. I really need to make it work now because I nEed to do some research for our thesis

Welcome to the forum. What device are you adding have you installed the drivers and is there any yellow triangle in device manager?
