windows contacts start menu

I've been reading about the new addressbook: windows contacts. At microsoft it says that I should be able to find it bij going to the start menu, click 'all programs' and click 'windows contacts'. But it isn't there anywhere? I'm using a recently installed windows 7 home premium. It isn't there in the start menu properties either to select. Why can't I find it in the start menu?

Click Start > Click your Account Name > There should be a Contacts folder there
