Solved windows Defender

Installed UWT 2.2 (tweaks), did not select any security tweaks only performance tweaks.

When I rebooted I now get a popup that windows defender is turned off. When I click to start nothing happens, rebooting still gives popup.

I have Security Essentials installed.

Any ideas on how to fix

Microsoft security essentials turns windows defender off when installed.

Yes I know, that is why I mentioned that it was installed, anyway I have a habit of creating restore points every night, before I shut down for the evening.

Did a restore from most recent and problem solved.

Naturally, why I don't know, he's on third and I don't give a darn, oh that's our shortstop.

Yes it did, but restore fixed it.
