Sorry for taking long time to post.
Tried watfix, didn't do anything. Still detected not genuine.

Then i tried windows install repair, followed this tutorial
It always stuck at the part after "installing features and updates" at 66%
It says at compability that i need to deauthorize itunes because it will be affected but i didn't because i think i coul reinstall it after repair.
Will try the repair again after uninstalling itunes soon, and i will post the results

I'll get an installation specialist to help out - I'm pretty sure that this is a fairly stock error.

If this is the Asus factory preinstall then be aware it is a grossly inferior Win7 install to begin with, larded with bloatware and poorly-written duplicate software that conflicts with better versions built into Win7. For that reason no tech enthusiast would run such an install, but instead can do a http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219487-clean-reinstall-factory-oem-windows-7-a.html#post1839164 to experience on the PC for the first time native Win7 perfect performance.

If you want to try to force a Repair Install which must struggle to parse the worst written OEM software in the business, you can try unchecking everything in msconfig>Startup and >Services (after hiding MS Services), then reboot the PC to start the Repair Install again. Does it then report any issues?

Did you run the AVG uninstaller | Download tools and utilities to clean up that bloatware after removing it? Is there an uninstaller required for the other AV you had installed?

Does my asus being an FR(factory Refurbished) have anything with this issue? I'd like to stay away from clean reinstall because i have a lot of important autoCAD and other data in which i don't have any extra harddisk to backup to. Unless somehow there is a way to repair/reinstall windows 7 with only losing minimal data, and that is (as far as i know) repair installing windows.

I'll try your advice on msconfig and will post the results soon.
and i think i have uninstalled all av beforehand, Noel guided me to.

Thanks for your reply anyway.

I read the thread about your AV uninstall and it says nothing about running the special tools required to fully uninstall the bloated ones like AVG. That's why I specifically asked you if you had run those tools. If in doubt run them again.

Are you running the factory preinstalled Win7 on there? That's the issue. You have the worst possible install one can have, one which is not worth keeping, and compounded by the especially bad software written by Asus.

I did the removal programs four times.
I borrowed my friend external HDD to backup to clean install windows like you said.

I downloaded the Windows 7 Home Premium x64 SP1 U (media refresh) X17-58997.iso from here
I used the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool to make a bootable USB
I booted my laptop, changed the #1 priority to toshiba drv, saved and exit.
Then i try to install but this popped out
"A required cd/ dvd drive device driver is missing. If u have a driver floppy disk, cd, dvd or UBS flash drive, please insert it now etc"
I'm stuck there. Is there something i missed?

As it says in http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219487-clean-reinstall-factory-oem-windows-7-a.html#post1839164 you should have your network adapter driver in the backup so you can install it to get online, then enable Automatically deliver drivers via Windows Update (Step 3) to run all Important and Optional Windows Updates, with reboots, until no more are offered when you go back to Check for Updates.

If you can't find your network driver, then in Device Manager>Network Adapter>Driver tab>Update driver browse to C:\Windows.old\windows\System32 folder and it should pick up the driver you had installed on the old install. Any time you install Windows from an OS it is not as clean an install, however it bundles the whole previous OS into a windows.old folder where you can access its files until you are sure you have them all, then delete it using Disk Cleanup.

May I suggest you study http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219487-clean-reinstall-factory-oem-windows-7-a.html#post1839164 because you will get and keep a perfect install to the exact extent you stick with the tools and methods compiled there, based on what's worked best in tens of thousands of installs we've helped with here.

If you want to start over then I would try another .iso with the tool in Step 2 to burn to DVD or flash stick, because the error you got after booting is almost always a bad installer. The fact that it installed from Windows does not change this.

Hi greg, thanks your response, but after shutting it down last night and turning it on this morning i got an alert when starting up. The ones that say startup windows repair etc i can't remember the exact sentence.
So i clicked system repair, but it failed and rebooted and it says
this
"Windows failed to start. A recent software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:
1. Insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer.
2. Choose your language settings, and then click "next."
3. Click "Repair your computer."

If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

File: \boot\BCD

Status: 0xc000000f

Info: An error occurred while attempting to read the boot configuration data. "

Is this caused by the installation done without booting?

Accept any offered repair. Then if it won't start confirm the Partition Marked Active is the 100mb System Reserved partition (if you have it ) or C then run http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105541-startup-repair-run-3-separate-times.html no matter what it reports.

If it doesn't start and also doesn't offer for Startup Repair to run System Restore, boot back in and run it manually from http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/668-system-recovery-options.html

If it still doesn't start you can work through http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219533-troubleshooting-windows-7-failure-boot.html but I think what I would do is run the booted http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219487-clean-reinstall-factory-oem-windows-7-a.html#post1839164 with a new ISO and DVD or flash stick burn.

Did as you said on having new ISO and trying clean reinstalling. It works fine now.
Thanks greg! and Noel!
By the way, you said that consumer laptops filled with bloatware from manufacture, so that means i shouldn't reinstall any driver from, in my case, ASUS?
Because some of these are important i think, like VIA audio driver etc.

Drivers are usually necessary - but it's the add-on programs that are mostly un-needed :)

So things like ASUS Live Update Utility and ASUS Instant Connect is un-needed?
I have a hard time categorizing which is important and which is not..

Asus LiveUpdate is pretty much fluff once you have updated the drivers fully to what's available on the website.
Instant connect is unnecessary - better apps are available from 3rd-party suppliers. If you're used to using theses minor apps, though, I'd install them individually
