Solved Windows does not boot

I was thinking to mark this as solved but the main thing was to try to boot without loosing users etc but ill mark this

Well, losing user accounts isn't much of a hassle. You can always create them. As long as you have the data backed up, you can always restore it.
You can also just move the users folder on a non-windows partition so you don't risk losing them should you need to reinstall or do a clean install.
