Windows does not start loading until press any key

I have a Sony Vaio with Windows 7 Home and after the Vaio logo, the windows freeze and does not load unless I press any key, also the time take to boot when this happen is significantly higher.

Also noticed that random keys in my keyboard does not work, or a key is pressed continuously but it is fixed by pressing the defective key.

Tried to boot in safe mode and upgrade to windows 10(keeping my settings) but the problem persisted so I rolled back to windows 7.

Any solution?

If this problem started recently but was working prior, try a System Restore with a Point prior probs.
