Windows Encountered Problem Installing Bluetooth Audio Driver

Hi ,

I have Dell Inspiron 3521 , i5, and I am having tremendous amount of trouble with Bluetooth audio.
I downloaded original drivers from dell website but facing same trouble. I found a lot of solution from Google but all are useless for me.
I have windows 7 64bit service pack 1
I am using this window with administrator user
Do others have the same issue? Any work being done on this?

Did this work at one time and now does not and the reason for installing the driver? Or has this never worked? It does make a difference.

good question mate . because my brother wanted to connect his mobile bluetooth with my laptop bluetooth.

I just checked my device manager and i came to know there are bluethood audio drivers are not installed

please anybody help me

Hi,

Kindly do not install the bluetooth drivers from the windows update. Uninstall all the bluetooth drivers from the system including wireless drivers as well.

Then download and install the wireless and bluetooth drivers manually for the system:
