Windows explorer crash when right click on file

I need a help about this problem. My windows explorer always crash after i right click on folder or other that is in desktop and in the windows explorer. After i right click on a Folder or other m the window explorer will instantly not responding and also it would need to be restart again. please tell me how to fix this problem. A suggestion would really help
