Windows Explorer (explorer.exe) is constantly crashing

hi,

after 5 or 6 months of using, explorer.exe started crashing constantly,
it crashes every 10-15 minutes and freezes the screen, then i restart the process and continue using.
here is the problem signature :

Hello there, welcome to Seven Forums.

Go command prompt (right click -> run as admin) & type: sfc /scannow

Itwill find and try to fix any bad system files.
Also download and install malwarebytes & do a full scan, just to rule out malware.

You can also create a memory dump that way, the next time Explorer crashes, a dump will be generated; you can then upload the dump over here, have it checked by a dump techie and pinpoint what is causing the crash (step 5 of the link below - recommended to me by usasma for my own Explorer issue...still have to get round to it, though ;-) ):
