I hope this is the right place to post this... I have had this issue for a long time now, though, it only applies to video files...
Anytime I try to rename/move/delete certain video files I get the error: "The action can't be completed because the file is open in Windows Explorer"
I have researched this issue many times online and have not found a solution that works (though I did find a program "Unlocker," which worked for a little while, but stopped after a while).
