Windows Fax and Scan: email confirmations

We are using two fax servers (an Inbound and Outbound fax server) and Windows Vista Business and Windows 7 Pro workstations with Windows Fax and Scan. We've configured the Outbound Fax to send email confirmation receipts using a mail account called "OutboundFax". Anonymous access is permissioned.

The odd thing is that not all our Fax users are getting consistent receipts. Some get success and failure receipts continually (as they should) while others will only sporadically get receipts. What might the problem be?

Hello, could the problem be the sporadic receivers don't have their email client set properly to get notices?

See how they have their spam filters set mostly. For instance the reciept email addy may not be in a contact list. This is most likely set up by your system admin, but some people will try, and succeed, to override some settings. Just my first thought on it.
