Let's make sure the Windows Installer service is running
Please press the Windows key and R key
At the Run prompt, type: services.msc
Press: OK
At the Services console, click Windows Installer, and see if the Service Status is: Started
Exit the Services console.
Next, please download SystemLook from one of the links below and save it to your Desktop.
